Texas law mandates Biblical Literacy taught in schools. What do you think? No guidelines is the odd part.

The ACLU has released a very helpful FAQ on it. I read through the FAQ, albeit quickly, and the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause both seem to be accurately represented.

It makes sense that the ACLU would provide guidelines.
